What can you tell me about the importance of food-healthy food ?

Krystal Cordovano: Food which contains adequate amounts of nutrients - balanced diet and of course milk is best.

Andra Oger: a balanced diet grains, vegies fruits, calcium, meat, then last fats, sugar etc (you should eat least)

Gertrude Darke: all food except junksjust don't eat too much of any kind of food
