Bailey Lares: How about Orlando
Kim Gerbino: Just because your blood has thinned out from living in Orlando doesn't make NYC too cold. It just makes you too unaccustomed to cool weather. You might try New Orleans, though, if a snowstorm every few decades isn't too much for you.
Aron Ramu: Gee people, doesn't anyone read the whole question? Like I said NY isn't just cold but EXPENSIVE. Just renting a room is more than I have total. I've looked before. My blood can thicken to syrup but it's still too much to live there and i'm not aspiring to live as a street person. Not yet at least.
Claude Gloden: All I can offer is that San Diego is a little more expensive than average but not like San Francisco. We also have great public transportation and absolutely amazing weather.Good luck in your search.
Clemente Schoeck: Thank you
Nikita Schroepfer: Chicago has an amazing public transportation but it can get chilly in the winter. I visited there in th! e summer without a car and used the transit system for everything. It even goes out to the airport! Washington is also a good option.
Galen Gowers: I actually live in Orlando and public transportation is slow and non existent in many places including where I live.
Estrella Northway: Ok...Not up north to me means any place up north where it would snow and be cold like Chicago and Washington. Anyone from the southern US wanna chime in?
