You should miscarry within a month i think, and they're right-like a heavy period that lasts a little longer than normal depending on how far along. BUT, if you have unbearable cramping, or you don't miscarry and you know you should have, then you should definitely see a dr, or an emergency room. They would most likely put you to sleep and clean out your uterus so that you don't get an infection. This might sound weird or gross as well, but i would be 14 weeks pregnant this week if the fetus had survived.
